STEP MOUNT
Micro Bullet with Step mount is for horizontal mounting applications. Perfect for wood or composite steps and stairwars. This option comes with a set collar and backer plate.
Micro Bullet Series
CONCRETE MOUNT
This fixture is designed for concrete, with a drop in vertical mounting application. Ideal for concrete walkways, driveways or patios.
Installation
There are three mounting options for the Micro Bullet. The vertical Paver Mount, the vertical Concrete Mount and the horizontal Step Mount. Each mount option comes with the accessories for the Micro Bullet that you will need to properly install the fixture. Each fixture is designed of a sturdy, almost indestructible, machined aluminum and can be powder coated to match the project you are working on. The Micro Bullet includes a 2 watt ceramic LED and a lifetime housing warranty.

Micro Bullet step mount installation
Tools Required: Tape measure, wire stripper, 1″ drill bit, cordless drill, allen wrench set and phillips screw bit.

Fixture Installation and Mounting for the Micro Bullet Step Mount:
- Mark desired fixture locations- 6-18″ off the outer edge is recommended.
- Use 1″ drill bit and drill marked fixture locations.
- Before installing, use a marker to mark the bottom of the fixture to make sure the half moon is properly facing downward when tightened.
- Insert bullet fixture into the front of hole, routing the fixture lead through the backside.
- Route the fixture lead through the set collar and align the set collar plate so the mounting screw are at the top and the bottom. Screw in the plate to the surface,
- Align the back of the fixture so the black line you made earlier is facing upward. Then tighten the set screw.
- Insert the LED, O-ring and glass then tighten the lens cap until it is level.
- Connect half of each fixture lead conducted and half of the 12c power feed conductor and connect them with a water proof wire nut.
Add the Micro Bullet with Step mount to cart:

Tools Required: Tape measure, wire stripper, 1″ Drill bit, and a 1.5″ for counter bore.

Fixture Installation and Mounting for the Micro Bullet Paver Mount:
- Mark desired fixture locations- 6-18″ off the outer edge is recommended.
- Drill fixture locations with 1″ drill. And recessing at the top down 1/4″ with the a 1.5″ counter bore.
- Run your main 18/2 power feed along the outer edge of your concrete area.
- Unscrew and remove the front cover from the bullet fixture. Install the LED.
- Install the O-ring and front glass (an optional screen) and then screw on the lens cap.
- Make sure your 1 O-ring is on the outer part of the micro bullet before proceeding.
- Feed your Bullet fixture through the hole in the concrete.
- Connect your fixture leads to your 18/2 and secure with waterproof wire nuts.
- Connect the 18/2 fixture leads on the outside edge to your main 12 volt power feed cable.
Add the Micro Bullet with concrete mount to cart:

Tools Required: Tape measure, wire stripper, 4″ grinder with masonry wheel, rubber mallet.

Fixture Installation and Mounting for the Micro Bullet Paver Mount:
- Mark desired fixture locations- 6-18″ off the outer edge is recommended.
- Route your 18/2 fixture lead cable through the mounting sleeve hole. Leave 6-8″ of excess cable in the tube and then route the remaining cable to the outside edge of the paver surface.
- Mount mount your fixtures tubes in the desired locations; notching the corners of pavers is the easiest solution for mounting the Micro Bullet. Temp the mounting sleeve to it is recessed at least 1/4″ below the top surface of the pavers.
- Unscrew and remove the front cover from the bullet fixture. Install the LED.
- Install the O-ring and front glass (an optional screen) and then screw on the lens cap.
- Make sure your O-rings are on the outer part of the micro bullet before proceeding.
- Connect fixture leads to the fixture with waterproof wire connectors.
- Push excess cable and fixture into the mounting sleeve.
- Connect the 18/2 fixture leads on the outside edge to your main 12 volt power feed cable.
